- My goal here is to give people leaving drugs and alcohol centers another place to turn to when they need some where to discuss their issues of life without addictions. I pray that they will develop a better relationship with God and change the way they think. They do not have to suffer from a disease in which man has no cure for. God has a cure for addictions and it's in the blood of his son.

- Yes I was addicted from the ages of 12 to 42

Hello and welcome to Only Thank God. This is a network of people who believe God is the highest of higher powers and is able to do anything but fail. We believe he sent his son Jesus to die for us so that we could have a better life and be delivered from the weapons the devil uses to try to destroy us. Make no mistake we are at war fighting for our souls, and some of the devils weapons are low self esteem, verbal and physical abuse, deceit, and drugs and alcohol just to name a few. Drugs and alcohol were some of the weapons used against me. Gods' word tells us that no weapon formed against his children shall prosper. I believe in his word therefor I believe the statement "Addicts suffer from a disease for which there's no cure" is a lie the devil has convinced people to keep telling themselves. He uses this statement as a weapon of deceit because he knows that there's power in words and that if a person keeps saying it then they will keep giving power to their addictions instead of taking power over it in the name of Jesus. Our Lord and Saviour has the power to make the blind see, the cripple walk, the deaf hear, and even bring the dead back to life. God has all power and is able to do all these things without medications or operations. HE ONLY NEEDS TO SPEAK A WORD. So no matter what situation you may be in or how bad things may seem if your looking for a way out know that GOD IS ABLE to bring you out.
