I agree with you that the "CHURCH" salt of the earth has lost its savor and becomes irrelevant, but it is not "Christ Church" but the ecclesiastical counterfeit workings of the holy spirit by the devil to hide the light. Christ has understood that Fellowship of disciples would be under the spotlight of deceit and attack and He provided a way out, those that worship God must Worship him in Spirit and Truth, and made Salvation personal. The comtemporary Fellowship is a bunch of hype but our personal relationship of who we are in the dark is CHRISTIANITY and not CHURCHIANITY or RELIGIOUSITY, as these are human socio-economic and political factors. Our interpersonal relationship is what is being weighed in Gods balance to qualify us as worshipers and fellows of God's Kingdom Ship (The act of fellowship). And they (Apostles) went from house to house sharing bread, singing praises and worshiping God.
